Tried Mac's newest Thai Milk Tea ice cream today!
Verdict: taste was very subtle (I would say diluted, but it isn't technically a drink…) and I would have preferred it stronger 😕 won't be repurchasing.
And their chocolate pie has FINALLY hit Singapore shores yay!! I tried this in Korea last year and loved it. Tastes exactly the same – crispy chocolatey pie crust with hot oozing chocolate!
It was so messy eating this in Korea, so this time I let my pie cool first while I ate my Fish and Fries (also a new menu item but I was so hungry that I forgot to take photos oops! Very nice though, reminds me of Long John Silver but much crispier!). It didn't spill everywhere this time yay!
Look at that lovely oozing chocolate yum yum I'm a chocoholic and this speaks to me on so many levels LOL. It's more like dark chocolate which I like cos it isn't as jelat! Didn't get a sore throat at all after eating this 😁 #dayrefatties
I bought their newest Scrambled Eggs with Sausage Muffin for breakfast today, will review and take photos once I get off the train lol.
Fish and Fries : super nice, crispy, generous and thick fish meat! I think I'll definitely be eating this again 😍
Signature Collection Angus Beef Burger was so disappointing though. Husband ordered it and we both felt like it was more just like a marginally more atas cheeseburger (buttered bread buns + slightly thicker patty). Price wise totally not worth it omg I'd rather just buy the double cheeseburger which is more worth it plz.
The two sets cost us nearly $20! 😩 atas Macs is expensive!

Omg I almost forgot to blog about dinner with @sherrythia ! We FINALLY managed to match our schedules lololol. Hubby met Janan previously at the #dayrepotluck and they talked sooooooo much so the four of us decided to do our long overdue dinner together!
Appetiser – I can't remember what's in here but there's errr, truffle, olive oil, curry powder etc etc etc 😅 the artistic layout…I cannot sia, was telling N he better not expect this from me at home 😂 this was super duper nice when paired with olive bread!!!!!!!
Angel hair pasta – omg look at the plating, really #effortmax !
Chicken with cauliflower, seared scallops and kale.
THIS DISH WAS MINDBLOWINGLY GOOD omg I never knew there was such a thing as cauliflower mash!!! My #1 favourite dish of the night! Janan walked us through how to make this ("it's really easy!) but I still don't think I could do it 😑 I'm terrible in the kitchen man.
The Scrambled Egg Sausage Muffin – this was surprisingly good! I have a serious addiction to Mac's sausage mcmuffin and eat it every Saturday morning, and this new version basically makes it more eggy and cheesy! Love it 😍 it's $1+ more than my usual but okay la, worth it for that egg!!! I think I'm buying this again for breakfast tomorrow 😂
